The Team You Will Join
You'll be part of the administration team, working closely with students and their families, graduation, and Academic Special Services. This team is responsible for administering all high school teachers with the students and their families.
The team culture is collaborative, supportive, fast-paced, mission-driven, compliance-focused, and you'll have opportunities to learn, grow, improve systems, support students, and strengthen operations while partnering across Primavera Online School.
The Difference You Will Make
In this role, your work will directly impact students, families, teachers, school operations, compliance, and outcomes by either maintaining or increasing Primavera's B school letter grade.
You'll help support learners, improve processes, ensure compliance, enhance student experience, and drive academic success, contributing to Primavera's mission in a meaningful and visible way.
A Typical Day Looks Like
While no two days are exactly the same, you can expect to:
  • Evaluate teachers
  • Facilitates restorative and corrective discipline processes while maintaining strong family engagement.
  • Planning for the next school year
  • Collaboration and meetings
  • The tools we use are Canvas and PowerSchool
  • This position requires availability to work core business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time, Monday through Friday.

This role balances independent work, collaboration, structure, problem-solving, and execution and is well-suited for someone who enjoys supporting students, managing details, improving systems, communicating clearly, and working with purpose.
