Virtual Client Onboarding Representative
About the Role: Nuvant is hiring Virtual Client Onboarding Representatives to help new and prospective clients explore financial solutions that align with their personal or business goals. In this role, you'll serve as a key first point of contact to introduce our services and guiding clients toward the next step.
Core Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for new and incoming clients
  • Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to welcome and onboard clients
  • Engage in conversations to discover client needs and goals
  • Clearly explain service offerings and recommend next steps
  • Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the right team members
