ROLE DESCRIPTION:Patrick Johnson Agency is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic, bilingual Spanish-speaking
receptionist to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, and direct them to the right team members
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications
- Assist with incoming inquiries and help maintain customer records
- Engage with prospective and existing customers by offering assistance and insurance options when appropriate
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs
- Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects
- Assist with translating for our Hispanic customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable engaging in conversations and assisting with sales opportunities
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Bilingual Spanish speaking

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
