The successful applicant will handle administrative tasks, support office functions, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and patients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using computer literacy skills
  • Handle correspondence via email and phone with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist with office management tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and supporting clerical duties
