This role focuses on project management of strategic continuous improvement projects within the Reverse Value Chain (RVC) and Applied Global Services (AGS) segment.

This person will engage cross-functionally, identify areas of improvement, and develop and execute projects to support improved efficiency within the RVC. Education Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Prefer Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certification at minimum Functional Knowledge Very proficient in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and advanced search functions Very proficient in Microsoft Office applications Very proficient in Project Management tools Proficient in Tableau Knowledge of SAP is preferred Business Expertise 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in a process improvement role, with large-scale global projects Prior experience working in global logistics or supply chain for a large organization Responsible for managing process efficiency improvement projects within the Reverse Value Chain (RVC) Exceptional prioritization and organization skills Leadership Proven ability to lead without authority, influence outcomes, and drive accountability Experience operating within matrix-managed organizations with cross-functional team members No direct supervisory responsibilities Problem Solving Very proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Tableau Able to execute data analytics on Cycle Time (CT) performance, process variances, and process efficiency metrics Self-motivated in working towards outcomes using a proactive "get things done" approach Proficient in root cause analysis and techniques Able to effectively review, manage, and deliver to multiple Key Performance Indices (KPIs) Evaluates issues within the Reverse Value Chain (RVC) process to determine root causes and manage continuous improvement projects to address Impact Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies Impacts cross-functional groups through projects and processes development Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior leadership Interaction required with global teams across multiple disciplines within the company Confident with public speaking and virtual interactions Positive, can-do attitude; solution-driven focus Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: Yes, 20% of the Time Relocation Eligible: Yes The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
