Role Overview: Producer

We deliver bold creative ideas and campaigns with speed and strong client service. As a one-stop shop, we handle everything from concept and content development to synthesis and visualization of complex messages for large audiences. We create clarity and build momentum for the initiatives that matter.

The role is hands-on and requires deep engagement with the client's story plus meticulous attention to detail across multiple touchpoints and formats. We structure around client teams because the strength of those relationships is critical to success.

Producers interact with client stakeholders at all seniority levels and must adapt easily to their audience. As a global agency, we work across cultures and time zones, managing the complexities of multinational initiatives with appropriate local adaptation.

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Producer you will lead specific projects and communications programs. Our specialties include:

Live events and leadership meetings, in-person and virtual

Exhibitions with significant design, content development, and innovative multimedia/technology components

Digital content: websites, HTML, SharePoint sites, best-practice training, internal training

360 brand campaigns

Marketing campaign development: communication strategy and distilling information into narratives that drive energy and action — recruitment campaigns, internal comms strategy, external creative or content syndication

Key responsibilities:

Lead on-site and virtual events from planning through execution

Develop content and manage creative execution for consistent, targeted, impactful messaging

Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal clients

Liaise with internal studio teams: graphic design, presentation design, digital, copy, video production, and post-production

Research business challenges, customer behavior, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that impact programs

Knowledge & Experience

You will have worked in communications and events and can demonstrate practical experience across projects. Enthusiasm, energy, and people skills are essential, as Producers sit at the center of all project activity internally and with clients.

Critical experience includes:

Creative events role as a producer with expertise in one or more specialty areas above, gained through hands-on work across multiple projects. We value practical experience and a methodical approach to new assignments.

Deep project delivery experience balancing time, cost, and quality, with flexibility for evolving client needs

Experience working in extended teams with full-time and freelance/part-time members, with proven ability to motivate and coordinate groups to on-time delivery

Skills & Attributes

Budget management

Client management with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, written and verbal

Project management with strong organization, planning, and coordination skills; ability to multitask and re-prioritize. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong, versatile copywriting skills are an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Education & Training

Degree in Event Management, Communications, or similar.

Working Conditions

Work Environment: Primarily office-based, with travel required for client visits and event execution. All equipment provided.

Schedule: Full time – 40 hours per week
