Trusted by top brands, we deliver bold strategies and creative campaigns that help our clients reach new audiences and make an impact.
We're growing and looking for a Podcast Relations Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be involved in every stage of the podcast booking process: from onboarding clients to pitching, booking, and coordinating podcast interviews.
What You'll Do:
  • Research, vet, and pitch podcasts that align with client goals
  • Book and schedule podcast interviews
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, podcast hosts, and internal teams
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support their goals throughout each campaign
  • Coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless booking experience
  • Act as the liaison between podcast guests and hosts

What You Bring:
  • 1-2 years of experience in client service or sales roles, preferably from agencies.
  • Basic understanding in Public Relations- big advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, writing and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and self-direction
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • A genuine passion for podcasts both from a strategic and personal perspective
