POSITION TITLE:                          A2 Virtual+ Testing Proctor
EMPLOYMENT PERIOD:               June 22nd, 2026 - July 24th, 2026 
POSITION LOCATION:                  A2 Virtual+/Skyline
SALARY:                                        $21.52/hour
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:     A2 Virtual+ Summer Term Administrator










QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The following qualifications are desired; any one of these may be waived by the Board in exercising its prerogative to determine qualifications. Demonstrated ability to work successfully with students, including those who may have academic difficulties, is preferred. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and the public.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow testing security procedures.
     

SCHEDULE 
The general schedule is as follows. (This is the anticipated weekly schedule; however, some adjustments may be necessary during the summer term.) 

  • Monday (8:00 a.m. -11 a.m.)  
  • Wednesday (12 p.m. -3 p.m.)  
  • Friday (8 a.m. - 11 a.m.)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with student check-in and room supervision.
  • Monitor testing environments to ensure adherence to testing protocols and maintain test security.
  • Provide basic assistance to students during testing, as permitted by testing guidelines.
  • Utilize a web browser to access testing platforms and complete basic online tasks related to testing administration.
  • Follow all training and procedures provided by A2 Virtual+. 

Training will be provided on all specific testing procedures and systems. 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Read, write and comprehend basic instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to staff, parents, students, and administrators.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing. 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

  • Add, subtract, and multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 

REASOING ABILITY

  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  
  • Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. 

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

  • Work effectively with parents and students from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with students, staff, and the school community.
  • Perform duties with awareness of district requirements and Board of Education policies.
