Job description

Meador an Openwork Company is seeking a professional and customer-focused Live Online Proctor to join a growing team in Pasadena, TX. In this role, you'll monitor trainees participating in virtual training sessions, ensure testing procedures are followed, and provide technical support throughout the online learning experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify trainee identification before testing
  • Monitor trainees during virtual training and examinations
  • Explain testing procedures and company policies
  • Assist trainees with course navigation, logins, and basic technical issues
  • Ensure compliance with testing security and quality standards
  • Report irregularities or policy violations to management
  • Maintain a professional and respectful environment
  • Assist with additional customer service duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service, proctoring, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a quiet office environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Windows, and internet browsers
  • Ability to learn detailed procedures and multitask effectively
  • Flexible to work additional hours or locations if business needs require
