Jewelry Sales Consultant

Location: In-person | Manhattan, NY

Schedule: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Fine Jewelry Sales

What You’ll Do

  • Provide virtual, phone and live chat consultations and assist walk-in clients in finding the perfect piece from our fine jewelry collection.
  • Manage sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat while meeting individual sales goals.
  • Conduct post-sale appointments for pick-ups, resizing, exchanges, and ongoing client care.
  • Confirm appointments and prepare clients for showroom visits.
  • Maintain showroom presentation, security, and opening/closing procedures.
  • Use internal systems (ERP/CRM) to manage tasks and client communication.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, sharing Virabyani’s commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and integrity.
