Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cell Phone Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing an outstanding customer experience, and helping customers find the best mobile phone solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet customers and assist in selecting the right phones, plans, and accessories based on their needs and preferences.
  • Offer detailed product knowledge and guidance to support informed purchasing decisions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Stay current on the latest mobile phone trends, features, and promotional offers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional, timely manner.
  • Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising, and product restocking.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
