Job description

Bilingual Retail Sales Representative
Delphos Wireless is an authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team.
If you enjoy retail sales, customer service, and earning uncapped commission, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced wireless environment.

This is an in-store retail position — not remote or telemarketing.

What You’ll Do:
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans
  • Activate new lines and process upgrades
  • Meet and exceed sales and activation goals
  • Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features
  • Troubleshoot basic phone and account issues
  • Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
  • Participate in team sales meetings and performance tracking

What We’re Looking For:
  • Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Weekend availability required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Compensation amp; Benefits:
  • $14–$17 per hour (based on experience)
  • Uncapped commission
