Our service division, YESCO, is looking for an Inside Phone Sales Associate who will be instrumental growing the company's lighting repair division, by building a client base through tele-sales, "warm" calling, and prospecting.
The ideal candidate for this position is well organized and self-motivated. They have an engaging level of enthusiasm and are a proficient communicator.
YESCO is looking for an Inside Phone Sales Associate who will proudly put the YESCO service stamp on a variety of businesses across The Upstate.
Responsibilities
The Inside Phone Sales Associate will:
  • "Warm"-call leads to generate new customer accounts
  • Input and manage new accounts within the sales management software
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, present quotes, discuss payment terms
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales goals; increase revenue
  • Seek and develop new opportunities for revenue growth; prospect 
Qualifications
  • 3+ years sales experience
  • B2B sales experience
  • Ability to convert prospects and close deals, while maintaining sales quotas
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Self motivator, with a strong work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
