Phone Sales Associate - Deluxe Med Spa
Brea, CA (On-Site) | Full-Time
About Us
As a trusted name in non-invasive aesthetics since 2018, Deluxe Med Spa has been proudly serving clients across Southern California with advanced, personalized care. Our commitment to innovation and results-driven treatments has made us a go-to destination for those seeking injectables, laser therapies, and customized skincare solutions. At Deluxe, we foster a warm and inclusive environment where both clients and team members feel genuinely supported - and that starts with every single phone call.
The Role
We're looking for a Phone Sales Associate to be the first voice our clients and prospective clients hear. This is a dedicated inbound/outbound phone role focused on converting leads, following up on missed calls, and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks. You'll be based primarily at our Brea location (on-site 4+ days/week) while supporting phone operations across multiple Deluxe locations.
This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, loves the art of the sell, and wants to be part of a growing med spa brand.
Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage inbound calls in a timely, professional, and warm manner
  • Follow up on missed calls, web inquiries, and leads with urgency - no lead left behind
  • Convert prospective clients into booked appointments through consultative phone sales
  • Coordinate scheduling and appointment booking across Deluxe locations using practice management software
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, follow-ups, and lead status
  • Collaborate with clinic managers and front desk teams across locations to ensure a seamless client handoff
  • Track and report on lead volume, conversion rates, and call activity as requested
  • Support outbound outreach for promotions, re-engagement campaigns, and appointment reminders

Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills - written and spoken, required
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese - written and spoken, strongly preferred
  • 1+ year of phone sales, customer service, or reception experience; med spa, aesthetics, or healthcare setting preferred
  • Confident, polished phone presence with natural sales instincts
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups
  • Comfortable working across multiple locations and adapting to different team dynamics
  • Proficiency with scheduling or CRM software (Zenoti experience a plus)
  • On-site at Brea location minimum 4 days/week
  • Available Tuesday-Saturday (no Monday scheduling)

Compensation
  • $18-20/hr DOE

Benefits:
  • 401(k)
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
