KidStrong Stone Ridge is rapidly growing and we're looking for a talented, enthusiastic professional who is passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives.
OPEN POSITION & SCHEDULE
We have an immediate need for a high-energy, hyper-organized, passionate Sales Associate to join our Stone Ridge location. As the Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming first impression for families coming into the Center. This critical position must have a solid understanding of sales and a passion to drive growth. This person must pose a high caliber approach to organization and be a self-motivator that is hungry to meet and beat goals.
SALES ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Giving tours and creating a welcoming first impression for families.
  • Calling, texting, and emailing leads to schedule trial classes.
  • Following up with families after trials and converting them into memberships.
  • Explaining the KidStrong program and answering parent questions.
  • Managing leads and member information in CRM systems like GloFox.
  • Supporting member retention and maintaining relationships with families.
  • Assisting with front desk operations and customer service.
  • Representing KidStrong at community events, schools, and local partnerships.
  • Collaborating with coaches and leadership to deliver a strong member experience.
  • Works closely with the KidStrong General Manager to ensure that the staff and Center are looked after.
  • Builds and maintains KidStrong class size through scheduling optimization.
  • Communicate with staff for all trials and anything they need to know about the members.
  • Follows KidStrong corporate policies, guidelines, systems and processes.
  • Ensures that all front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), guest registration, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, and change requests.
  • Provides and maintains the highest level of customer service.
  • Provides effective decision-making regarding customer service issues.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred
  • Strong sales mentality and comfortability with sales efforts
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings during the week (4p-730p) and weekends (at least 1 weekend morning 9a-230p).
  • Be promotional-oriented and have the ability to schedule trials with a thorough vetting process.
  • Understanding of all performance metrics (KPIs), revenue, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with an open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
  • Practical work experience using Microsoft Office products as well as G-Suite
  • Fitness, retail, and/or hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Required to work at least three (3) weekday nights and at least one (1) weekend day
