Position Overview

The Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, managing a team of phone-based real estate sales representatives. This leader will be responsible for hiring, training, motivating, and holding accountable all sales employees while ensuring department performance meets company standards.

The ideal candidate is both a strong operator and motivator, with proven experience in managing inside sales teams and achieving measurable results in a competitive environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
  • Directly manage all sales representatives, including setting expectations, conducting daily/weekly meetings, and providing regular performance reviews.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members.
  • Train team members on sales processes, scripts, negotiation strategies, and compliance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and results.
Performance Oversight
  • Monitor sales KPIs daily (dials, contacts, offers made, contracts secured, revenue).
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Audit calls and provide feedback to improve quality, conversion, and compliance.
  • Resolve escalated customer or client issues in a professional and timely manner.
Sales Process & Strategy
  • Own and refine the inside sales process, ensuring consistency across the team.
