Phone Sales Reps (Inside Sales) West Palm Beach | Base + Commission | $72K–$150K+ OTE

Are you an experienced Phone Sales Representative/Inside Sales Rep who thrives on closing deals and earning uncapped commissions? We are a rapidly growing firm in the (rare coin amp; collectibles vertical, actively hiring a select group of high-performing sales professionals in the West Palm Beach area.

This is a Salary/Base plus Commission, full-time, in-office sales role with unlimited earning potential (build your own "Book of Clients") real career growth, and one of the best work schedules!

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage your own book of business (client portfolio)
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Must be Self-Motivated, have a Great Work Ethic, and remain Teachable.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to refine sales strategies amp; scripts.
  • Make outbound/inbound calls and close high-ticket phone sales.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2+ years of phone sales/inside sales experience (REQUIRED)
  • Proven ability to close deals over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and coachable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
