Feyer Ford of Ahoskie is looking for an ambitious Automotive Sales Associate with strong phone communication and customer follow-up skills to join our growing team.
Many customers begin their vehicle search online or by phone, so success in this role requires someone who is comfortable speaking with customers, making follow-up calls, setting appointments, and building relationships that lead to sales.
Candidates with experience in business development, phone sales, internet lead follow-up, appointment setting, or call center environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
Job Summary
We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team. The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, strong phone communication ability, and the drive to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing client relationships, following up with leads, and providing product solutions that best meet our customers' needs.
Responsibilities
Respond to internet leads, inbound calls, and customer inquiries
Make outbound follow-up calls and messages to potential buyers
Schedule showroom appointments and assist customers during visits
Nurture relationships with customers to build clientele for life
Use consultative selling skills by asking questions and understanding customer needs
Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles professionally
Develop deep knowledge of Ford products, packages, and technology
Follow up with buyers to encourage repeat and referral business
Learn to overcome objections and succeed in a sales environment
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and performance
Qualifications
