We aim to sustainably tackle the ever-growing problem of e-waste. Utilizing reusable e-waste and safely destroying unusable e-waste in order to leave our world a better place for future generations.

We are seeking a right hand person for the President of Reboot Tech, LLC. This individual will serve as a translator as well as executive assistant to the President. Must fully understand, speak and write fluently in both English & Mandarin. Must be fully immersed in both cultures and understand idioms, use of words, slang terms, phrases and complexities of both languages. *An added plus/desire is if this individual is Trilingual and also speaks Spanish.

The ideal candidate will have translator, executive, personal and or administrative assistance experience, an eye for detail and be a fast learner. In order to be a successful candidate you will also need to be a great listener, happy demeanor and ready to assist where needed as directed by the President. We are looking for an individual who is either native-born in America or has spent many years in the country, comprehending both the general culture and business etiquette. This will facilitate smooth communication among our President, our team, and our clients.

*If you are also trilingual this is ideal.

Duties:

  • Be able to clearly and effectively interpret between Mandarin and English for the President to Management, Staff, Customers as well Personal needs.

  • Draft documents and correspondence as needed for the President and Management.

  • Act as the point of contact between the President, Management and internal/external clients.

  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.

  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.

  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.

  • Assist with travel arrangements as needed for President, Management & Staff.

  • Take notes, dictation and minutes.

  • Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.

  • Serve as Presidents liaison

  • Follow the reasonable requests of managers and other personnel as directed by the President.

  • May also be asked to do some cold calling as needed or step in where needed within the company as requested by the President.

  • Go on meetings, various business runs outside of the office with the President.

  • These are some of the duties but are not limited to this list.
