Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Sales Support Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in City of Industry, CA, supporting U.S. sales operations within the FMCG and food and beverage production industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented sales support, customer service, or account coordination professional who enjoys keeping orders, communication, and account activity organized in a fast-paced consumer products environment.
The Bilingual Mandarin Sales Support Coordinator will serve as a key connection point between sales, customers, distributors, retailers, brokers, logistics partners, and internal supply chain teams. This is a strong opportunity to join a stable, team-focused environment with supportive leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to retail, wholesale, distributor, and Asian grocery channels. The role offers the chance to build a long-term career path while supporting market growth, product launches, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage order entry, pricing verification, shipment tracking, backorders, claims, shortages, and delivery appointment coordination.
- Support U.S. retail, wholesale, distributor, broker, and Asian grocery channel accounts with day-to-day sales operations needs.
- Maintain accurate customer files, pricing forms, item setup sheets, vendor portal information, trade support documents, and account requirements.
- Assist with product launches, sample shipments, trade show preparation, promotion tracking, retail displays, and marketing materials.
- Prepare sales reports, inventory reports, meeting materials, agendas, action item tracking, onboarding support, and travel-related administrative tasks.
- Communicate updates clearly across sales, logistics, supply chain, overseas teams, customers, and external partners using email, Teams, WeChat, and related tools.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Coordinate order processing, shipment follow-up, customer communication, and sales operations support.
- Maintain account documentation, pricing records, item setup information, and vendor portal requirements.
- Support retail, wholesale, distributor, and Asian grocery channel activity.
- Prepare reports, track action items, and assist with sales promotions, launches, and trade show preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, customer service, or a similar business support role.
- Experience supporting order management, purchase orders, invoices, pricing, deductions, claims, shortages, or sales reports.
- English fluency required.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required, including strong Excel proficiency.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities across departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to follow up quickly and professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with internal teams, external partners, customers, distributors, and logistics providers - Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese required.
- Experience in FMCG, food and beverage, CPG, grocery, import/export, or retail distribution strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with imported CPG or food products such as instant noodles, ready-to-drink beverages, snacks, sauces, and related grocery items.
- Understanding of PO processing, case packs, pallet counts, lead times, item setups, promotions, and retail account requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours.
- Work location: On-site in City of Industry, CA.
