We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support sales operations, customer accounts, product management, and trade show activities. This position requires strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese to collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and overseas teams.

What You Will Do
ย 
Sales & Account Support
  • Support wholesale, retail, and direct import customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely follow-up.
  • Prepare quotations, presentations, product information, and customer proposals.
  • Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, account analysis, and growth initiatives.
  • Support customer meetings, product presentations, and promotional activities.ย 
  • Help achieve sales goals through account support and customer service.ย 
Order & Product Managementย 
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in OMS.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, logistics, and overseas teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status, shipments, and customer requirements while proactively resolving issues.ย 
  • Support new product setup and maintenance, including specifications, UPCs, packaging information, images, and descriptions in OMS.
  • Work closely with Product Development, Sales & Marketing, and overseas suppliers to support product launches and updates.
  • Maintain organized customer files, sales records, and supporting documentation.ย 
Marketing & Trade Shows
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and sales materials.
  • Assist with trade shows, customer events, and product promotions.
  • Coordinate event logistics, travel arrangements, and booth preparation.
  • Attend domestic and international trade shows as needed.ย 
Market Research & Reporting
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analyses.
  • Support business development and growth initiatives.ย

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, account management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
