Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Mandarin Sales Director for a direct hire opportunity in the food and beverage production industry. This senior sales leadership role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong background in business development, national or regional account management, and retail channel growth across the U.S. and Canadian markets.
The Bilingual Mandarin Sales Director will lead strategic account planning, commercial negotiations, PL performance, and new business development for noodle and beverage product categories. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented sales leader to join a stable and growing organization with supportive leadership, a collaborative team environment, and strong potential to influence long-term market growth.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, marketing, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to expand retail presence, strengthen customer relationships, and support sustainable revenue and profit growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual account strategies and Joint Business Plans aligned with regional growth objectives.
- Manage full PL performance, including forecasting accuracy, trade investments, pricing discipline, and margin governance.
- Lead annual commercial negotiations, contract agreements, trading terms, and customer business reviews.
- Drive growth of noodle and beverage products across U.S. and Canadian retail channels, with a focus on mainstream retail.
- Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and internal leadership to support brand alignment, product availability, and operational excellence.
- Identify new business opportunities, manage channel conflicts, and support sustainable market share and profit growth.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: City of Industry, CA. - Will be remote for 10-12 months.
