Job description

As part of the Insides Sales team, you will serve as the primary liaison between ASUS North America and our Asia headquarters, ensuring seamless communication and execution of customer programs, promotional claims, pricing verification, and credit processing activities. 

In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and external customers to verify promotional documentation, resolve pricing and invoice discrepancies, coordinate claim resolution, and support the successful execution of channel programs. Your ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders, analyze information, and drive issues to resolution will play a key role in supporting operational excellence and maintaining strong customer relationships. 

The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Success in this role requires strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
     

  • Serve as the primary liaison between ASUS Asia headquarters and North American Sales, Product Management, Finance, Accounts Receivable, and customers, ensuring timely communication and resolution of operational issues. 
  • Review, validate, and process customer promotional claims by verifying pricing, invoices, supporting documentation, and program eligibility while investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed. 
  • Partner with Accounts Receivable to review customer deduction reports and facilitate accurate credit processing. 
  • Create and administer Channel Programs, ensuring promotions are properly documented, approved, and communicated to customers.  
  • Drive timely resolution of outstanding issues by proactively following up with internal teams, customers, and headquarters to remove roadblocks and keep cases moving forward.  
  • Analyze reports and operational data to identify discrepancies, processing issues, and workflow bottlenecks, escalating complex issues when appropriate. 
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance communication, operational efficiency, and customer experience across cross-functional teams.  
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality. 

Required Qualifications
Years of Education   

  •  BA/BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent. 

Work Experience 

  •   2+ years of experience in sales operations, customer operations, account coordination, or a related role. 

Knowledge and Skills  

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.  
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze large amounts of information and identify inconsistencies.  
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.  
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams and external customers.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce. 
  • Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required. 

Working Conditions: 
     

  • Office Only: Typically works in an office environment. 
  • Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time.
$70,304 - $71,400 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. It does not include bonuses, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D insurance, Paid Time Off, EAP, & 401(k). The final amount will be determined based on the qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
