What You'll Do

As the Business Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient daily operations while fostering a positive employee experience.

Business amp; Financial Operations
  • Manage payroll processing, timecard review, and wage compliance
  • Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions
  • Monitor outstanding balances and prepare financial and operational reports
  • Prepare daily bank deposits and maintain accurate financial records
  • Support budgeting and business office efficiency initiatives
Human Resources amp; Employee Support
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee file management
  • Support benefits administration and employee programs
  • Assist with recruiting, retention, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage workers' compensation claims and OSHA reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory standards
Leadership amp; Administrative Support
  • Oversee daily office operations, reception functions, and supply management
  • Maintain resident and employee records in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Partner closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to support community goals
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees, residents, and families
What We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience considered
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Business Office Management, Human Resources, Payroll, Operations, or a related leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, employee relations, benefits administration, and financial processes
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment
