We are seeking an intern to fill a position in the Business Technology & Optimization Department where you will assist the team with tasks that relate to system administration, troubleshooting issues, reviewing data and helping project teams utilize each system efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to define clear business and functional requirements
  • Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities
  • Research, evaluate, and compare software solutions against defined business requirements
  • Lead or support system implementations from planning through go-live
  • Assist with day-to-day system administration of multiple software applications
  • Assist with monitoring key activities and act on issues promptly.
  • Support users learning new processes through in-person and virtual learning
  • Assist with creating user manuals and training material
  • Work with internal resources to troubleshoot and fix issues

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy

Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency with business process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
  • Familiarity with SaaS Software Evaluation & Vendor Assessments
  • Requirements Gathering & Functional Specification Development
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira)
  • Experience researching, evaluating, and comparing software solutions

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, business technology, systems implementation, or process improvement
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting software implementations
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
