Job Title: Sr. Product Manager
Location: New York City (Hybrid, 3 days/week in office in Midtown Manhattan)
Compensation: $150K-$200K + equity + benefits
Requirements: B2B SaaS, Operations/Logistics/Field Service/Fleet Software experience
We are a rapidly growing, venture-backed vertical SaaS company seeking a Senior Product Manager to support our core operational products. This is a high-impact role at the center of real-world operations, where your work directly shapes how people run their day and how they keep systems moving.
If you thrive in complex operational environments, love translating messy field workflows into crisp product decisions, and want to build software that real people depend on every day, this role is for you.
Who You Are
You are a product manager who understands the realities of field operations. You know how to talk to non-technical people, how to translate technical concepts into operational impact, and how to build trust with users who do not speak in APIs or architecture diagrams.
Must-Haves
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS product management
- Experience in operations, logistics, field service, or fleet software
- Supply chain, trucking, logistics, or any operation that intersects with physical/field operations
- Deep familiarity with dispatch, routing, or fleet workflows
- Experience owning mobile products, especially driver- or field-worker-facing apps
- Comfort with technical complexity: real-time data systems, integrations, API behavior, hardware signals
- Strong discovery instincts you know how to get in front of users and extract the truth
- Ability to translate technical issues into operational language
- Integration experience: hardware integrations ideal; software integrations at minimum
- Ability to write precise PRDs and scope ambiguous problems into actionable engineering work
Bonus Signals
- Background in waste management, logistics, field service, or municipal operations
- Experience with telematics, fleet hardware, or video systems
- Familiarity with route optimization engines and constraint tuning
- Experience with GPS/geofencing and location-based mobile UX
- Experience with platforms like ServiceNow or ServiceTitan
- Operational company experience supply chain, trucking, logistics, or any physical-world operation
