Role Information

This is a full-time LMHC opportunity based in Ocala, FL, offered in a remote / telehealth setting. The position offers $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits and follows a Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide virtual therapy services to individuals seeking support for mental health and life challenges. The role involves working directly with clients through video sessions, helping them process concerns, set goals, and develop tools they can use outside of therapy.

This position requires strong clinical judgment, organized documentation, and the ability to build trust through virtual care. You will provide assessments, therapy, treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring in a structured remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy to clients through telehealth appointments
  • Assess client needs, symptoms, strengths, and treatment goals
  • Prepare and update treatment plans
  • Use appropriate counseling methods based on each client's needs
  • Help clients address anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, and stress
  • Complete clinical notes and required documentation

Requirements
