• Manage your caseload effectively, tracking client meetings and follow-ups while minimizing paperwork through our organized system.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Gotham Enterprises, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of clients, focusing on those who are low acuity and have been pre-screened for stability. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of a current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license issued in Florida.
• No disciplinary actions on record with your licensure board.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A dedicated private workspace that conforms to HIPAA compliance standards during client sessions.

• Previous experience in a virtual counseling environment is highly desirable.
• Experience managing a diverse caseload and familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies.
• Having dual or multi-state certification is a definite plus.

This full-time role boasts a competitive yearly salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience.
