Join Our Team!

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team with key administrative, compliance, and employee support functions. This role is ideal for someone with prior HR experience who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records, and helping create a positive employee experience.

This role will be working on site in our Nashville HQ, Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00AM - 4:00PM.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with company-wide HR communications and announcements
  • Prepare, review, and analyze HR reports to support audits and compliance efforts
  • Audit employee records, benefits, and other compliance-related items within Paycom
  • Track and coordinate employee uniforms to ensure company compliance
  • Support new hire onboarding and facilitate orientation sessions
  • Process employee separation documentation accurately and timely
  • Review employee timecards for accuracy before payroll processing
  • Track HR-related invoices and billing activities
  • Partner with the Administrative team to support day-to-day operations
  • Maintain employee records and handle sensitive information with discretion

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Paycom or other HRIS platforms
  • Experience maintaining electronic personnel records
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
