, Responsibilities

Responsible for executing the preventative and repair maintenance activities on all manufacturing equipment. Performs skilled maintenance duties which may include working with electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC systems; water distribution systems; and/or fabricating equipment. Performs troubleshooting and repair of critical equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform Preventive Maintenance on equipment
* Assist in calibration documentation process
* Test all emergency equipment and alarm system
* Control Spare part inventory/stocking in maintenance and stores.
* Enter completed work orders in the system
* Review PMs on current equipment. Create more up-to-date PM's
* Create new PMs for new equipment. Presses, Ovens, CNC's, etc..
* Inspect and assist in managing hazardous waste
* Do Repairs as necessary
* Root cause analysis
* Corrective Maintenance
* Hand Tool Inspections
* Filter Changes
* CMM
* Assist in training as needed
* Participate in TPM, 6S, and other ABS workshops/training
* CMMS
* LOTO
* Develop general maintenance skill set.
* Projects as assigned
* Cell Improvements
* Repairs
* Clean up/Painting
* Stock Parts
* Oversee cell installation projects
* Oversee contractors related to projects
* Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, and schematics (electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic, etc.)
* Diagnostic testing on machines and system problems. PLC, Electrical, hydraulic, Pneumatic etc.

, Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma plus Vocational or Technical School Training in the fundamental knowledge of Basic Electricity as well as PLC programming or 10 years' experience

EXPERIENCE: 5 to 10 years of experience of technical work

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/EQUIPMENT USED: Lift and move parts and equipment. Duties are performed in manufacturing areas where compliance with applicable safety rules is required.

Must be qualified to operate a fork truck, scissor lift, walk behind lift, and all power tools.
