Role Overview
Cognizant is seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Networking & Wireless to lead and deliver complex network and wireless programs in a Service Provider environment. This role requires strong hands on technical knowledge, close coordination with offshore delivery teams, and direct interaction with onsite client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end to end delivery of network and wireless programs for large enterprise/service provider clients.
• Coordinate execution with offshore engineering, validation, and vendor teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for onsite client stakeholders.
• Own project planning, execution tracking, risk management, and dependency tracking.
• Drive cross functional alignment across firmware, network, cloud, QA, and operations teams.
• Translate client requirements into clear technical and execution plans.
• Ensure release readiness, quality, and on time delivery of milestones.
