As a Remote Client Relationship Representative, you'll work directly with clients through virtual appointments and ongoing communication.
Client Support Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships

  • Review existing policies and explain available solutions
  • Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
  • Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
