Position Overview

Richmond Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. As an LCSW, you will play a pivotal role in delivering virtual therapy sessions to our clients, focusing on improving their mental well-being and enhancing their quality of life. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional care while managing a caseload of at least 25 clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Facilitate ongoing virtual therapy sessions, providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and other modalities as appropriate.
• Monitor and document clients' progress, modifying treatment approaches as necessary.
• Engage in case management activities, collaborating with other healthcare professionals when required.
• Participate in regular team meetings and clinical supervision to enhance practice and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with adults aged 18 and older, including individuals from diverse backgrounds and those facing unique challenges such as mental health concerns, trauma, and social determinants of health. We are particularly interested in candidates who are experienced in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and those familiar with issues surrounding men's mental health.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active LCSW license to practice in the State of Nevada.
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT and psychodynamic therapy.
• Demonstrated experience working with minority populations and diverse client needs.
• Professional malpractice insurance is required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing therapy to adult clients with various mental health disorders.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in addressing the needs of clients from different cultural backgrounds, including but not limited to the LGBTQIA+ community.
• Experience working with men’s mental health issues is a strong advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
