  • 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
  • Experience with inventory accounting and cycle count management.
  • Payroll experience.

  • Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
  • Project accounting experience.
  • Percentage-of-completion (POC) revenue recognition experience.
  • Background in construction, manufacturing, distribution, industrial services, machinery, or electrical industries.
  • Experience implementing process improvements or accounting automation.
  • Experience supporting a growing business or launching new business lines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA designation (or working toward it).
What You'll Enjoy
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.
  • Direct access to company leadership with the ability to influence decisions.
  • A collaborative, family-oriented culture where your ideas are valued.
  • The opportunity to build processes, improve systems, and make a measurable impact as the company continues to grow.

If you're looking for an opportunity where you can combine strong accounting fundamentals with process improvement, technology, and operational partnership, we'd love to connect with you.
