Elite Virtual Assistants (EVA) is actively recruiting on behalf of one of our valued law firm clients, The Saunders Firm, P.C., for an experienced Practice Manager to join their growing team in Buckhead, Atlanta.
This is a full-time, salaried position and an excellent opportunity for an experienced law firm or professional services operations leader who thrives in a high-accountability, fast-paced environment.
Location: Atlanta, GA 30305 (Buckhead) - Primarily in-office with some flexibility

This firm is a boutique estate planning, business law, and probate administration firm helping families build and protect generational wealth through holistic legacy planning. The firm is led by an award-winning attorney and has built its reputation around exceptional client service and treating clients like family.
As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking a strong operational leader to help drive the business forward.The Role
The Practice Manager will oversee the business and operational side of the firm, ensuring the team stays accountable, client matters move forward on schedule, revenue is collected timely, and internal systems and processes remain organized and effective.
This is a high-trust, high-ownership leadership position with direct access to the firm owner and meaningful authority to improve how the firm operates.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations for a team of approximately eight, including staff meetings, performance check-ins, deadlines, and accountability.
  • Oversee client matter flow in Lawmatics, from initial inquiry through final delivery.
  • Manage billing and collections follow-up and track revenue against monthly goals.
  • Coordinate with the firm's bookkeeper.
  • Maintain and improve firm systems, workflows, and SOPs.
  • Work within Google Workspace, Lawmatics, Notion, QuickBooks, and other firm technology.
  • Manage vendors and day-to-day office operations.
  • Provide a weekly operations report to the firm owner.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has 5+ years of operations or practice management experience within a law firm or other professional services environment.
  • Has successfully managed employees and can confidently hold a team accountable to deadlines and expectations.
  • Is highly comfortable with CRM/case management technology and QuickBooks.
  • Communicates clearly, directly, and professionally.
  • Has exceptional follow-through and organizational skills.
  • Handles sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion.
  • Enjoys building systems, solving problems, and bringing structure to a busy environment.
  • Wants to help scale and improve an organization rather than simply maintain existing processes.
