  • Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions for adult clients, using solution-focused techniques to enhance coping strategies and promote positive changes in their lives.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients facing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring they receive compassionate care and appropriate resources.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest best practices in mental health and counseling methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients served through our platform have been pre-screened and are generally stable with lower acuity levels. This allows counselors to focus on providing comprehensive mental health support without the burden of managing high-crisis situations. Qualifications
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, showing the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a lucrative salary, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being.
