Job description

Century Group is in search of an experienced Billing Specialist to join a team in the Denver metro area. Qualified candidates with 3-5+ years of billing experience. Local candidates only.Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $30 to $32 per hour.
Hybrid position (2 days of choosing WFH)
Job Description:

  • Manage weekly billing
  • Monthly WIP reports
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems and spreadsheets
  • Review discrepancies in billing received
  • Advise supervisor of issues related to data
  • Manage, track, and adjust billing
  • Communicate via email to clients and engineering department
Requirements:
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
  • Viewpoint software
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
