Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to form a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health status and needs.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that align with the individual goals of clients, facilitating their growth and development.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions, employing evidence-based and solution-focused methodologies to navigate through challenges.
• Address urgent mental health concerns through crisis intervention services while maintaining compassion and professionalism.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, continually updating your knowledge of best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult clients who have been pre-screened and are considered stable with low acuity needs. This structure allows you to work with clients who are ready for therapeutic growth within a supportive coaching framework. Engaging with this demographic emphasizes proactive mental health care, fostering resilience and personal empowerment.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach in all interactions with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively cope with caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in remote therapy and using telehealth technologies is highly desirable.
• Prior experience working with adult populations in outpatient settings will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and interventions for adult mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits

• This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Eligible counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their wellness.
