Vice President, Retirement Plan Services – Tulsa, OK - #8973


We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our Retirement Plan Services division. This role is central to ensuring that our clients, ranging from healthcare professionals to a variety of other businesses, receive the highest quality of service in financial planning, retirement plan administration, and personal investment management.


Our retirement program is a comprehensive, turn-key solution that integrates plan administration, compliance, reporting, record keeping, and client education. In addition, we provide a wide range of investment opportunities, including IRAs and personal investment accounts, all designed to deliver strong value at a low cost.


Your role as the Vice President, Retirement Plan Services, will be responsible for the full scope of administration and compliance of retirement plans, as well as assisting with client services related to IRAs and brokerage accounts. This position requires a leader who can balance operational excellence with a commitment to personal, client-focused service.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. This role requires someone who is highly organized, self-directed, and operates with integrity. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, proficiency with Word, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. A professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality are equally important.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in retirement plan administration
  • Series 65, Investment Advisor Representative Certification preferred (not required)
