As a sales leader & Director within capital sales for high-end disruptive medical technologies, how would you like to be once again at the forefront in changing clinical practice with a revolutionary technology?

Taking over the Central region of the US, in a brand-new sales leadership position due to growth?

Working with a technology that calls upon robotics, medical-imaging visualization, precision guidance & game-changing energy transfer.

Within a vast and continuously growing therapy within urology, working on behalf of a truly ambitious & hungry organization; where their growth trajectory means you can contribute, earn huge $ by closing capital business; but critically you can develop and grow.

You and your team will influence at KOL, Chief Clinical & end-user level; to build a pipeline of capital sales prospects, nurturing, managing and closing them - to build a highly successful region, whilst doubling (or trebling) your salary within an uncapped commission environment.

Working alongside a team of other proven capital sales & surgical robotics performers, your leadership style will enable your team to be the vest version of themselves - and grow sales consistently.

You are a leader that is actively passionate about the success & development of your team, through regular coaching, sharing your time between weeks on territory with each member.

You have an appetite for travel, and you know that travelling and being in front of prospects is how you will ultimately build relations, influence and close high-value deals.

You will understand the capital sales process with a disruptive, early-stage, medical device/therapy - you will be used to selling and influencing towards the beginning of the 'curve' in changing a traditional clinical practice - and helping others do the same!

  • At least 7 years proven sales track-record in disruptive, high-end ($500k value +) capital devices
  • At least 5 years leading teams of sales people, over-achieving your team sales targets
  • Across surgical/oncology robotics, urology, ablation therapies, visualization software/devices etc
  • Based close to Chicago or other major Mid-West Metro area, with an appetite for regular travel
