We’re looking for an MRO Sales Director to lead revenue growth and expand our footprint in the aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) market. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales professional who understands how to navigate aviation maintenance environments and close complex service deals.

Responsibilities

Drive Growth

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow MRO revenue across Part 91 and Part 135 operators, fleet managers, and corporate flight departments
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business including:
    • Heavy maintenance events (inspections, major checks)
    • Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance programs
    • AOG (Aircraft on Ground) support
    • Component repair and overhaul services
  • Build and maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline and forecast

Build & Manage Client Relationships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and high-value prospects
  • Develop long-term relationships with Directors of Maintenance, Chief Pilots, and fleet decision-makers
  • Conduct regular client visits, facility tours, and in-person meetings
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business

Shape Market Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
  • Partner with leadership on pricing, positioning, and service offerings
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in aviation MRO sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven track record of closing high-value service contracts and hitting revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance operations and customer priorities
  • Established network within corporate aviation, Part 91/135 operators, or fleet management
  • Experience selling maintenance services, heavy checks, or AOG support
  • Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, CMP)
  • Experience working closely with technical or maintenance teams
