Regional Sales Manager – Industrial MRO (Mobile, AL)

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive growth across a defined geographic territory. The RSM will focus on business development, account management, and sales execution. This role offers a high level of autonomy, the ability to build and grow your own book of business, and uncapped commission potential.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Visit customer sites to understand needs, demonstrate value, and build long-term relationships.
  • Manage existing accounts, ensuring strong customer service and follow-through on all requests.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to support successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, purchasing, and operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to align on promotions and customer messaging.
  • Track pipeline activity, maintain CRM data, and achieve sales targets.
Requirements

  • Proven success in Industrial MRO sales or related industry.
  • Knowledge of one or more relevant product categories (e.g., Power Transmission, Fasteners, Electrical, Fluid Power).
  • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills; self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Existing book of business a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
