Description: 

The Vice President, Partnership Fulfillment will lead the strategy and execution of all corporate partnership deliverables for the A's in Las Vegas-ensuring best-in-class service, innovative activation, and long-term partner success in one of the most dynamic sports and entertainment markets. 

This role will be instrumental in building and scaling a best-in-class fulfillment function that brings partnership agreements to life through high-impact, on-brand experiences that resonate with fans, partners, and the Las Vegas community. From signature moments to everyday touchpoints, this leader will ensure the A's deliver a differentiated partnership experience reflective of the Las Vegas stage. 

As a key cross-functional leader, this role will partner closely with Partnership Sales, Marketing, Events, Community, and internal teams to deliver integrated programs that drive partner retention, revenue growth, and deepen the A's presence in the Las Vegas market. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the overall partnership fulfillment strategy for the A's in Las Vegas, ensuring all assets are executed with excellence, creativity, and consistency across a high-profile, entertainment-driven market 
  • Oversee and partner on the execution of all partnership elements, including in-stadium activations, digital and social campaigns, signature events, and community initiatives across the Las Vegas region 
  • Develop systems, workflows, and tracking tools to support a growing partnership portfolio in a new and evolving market 
  • Partner closely with Partnership Sales to drive renewals, upsells, and new business through innovative activation ideas tailored to Las Vegas 
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all partner touchpoints, maintaining a cohesive brand presence in a highly competitive entertainment landscape 
  • Work jointly with external agency to develop and execute high impact activations bringing partnerships to life in the new ballpark and Las Vegas market. Full ownership of the activation process after initial opening of the ballpark
  • Oversee partner communication strategy, including reporting and recaps that demonstrate value and ROI 
  • Develop and mentor the fulfillment team, establishing clear roles and performance expectations
  • Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, ROI, and engagement data to optimize programs and inform strategy 
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure contract compliance and execution of all partnership obligations 
  • Stay ahead of industry and Las Vegas market trends to continuously evolve the partnership experience and maintain a competitive edge 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred) 
  • 10-12+ years of experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship fulfillment/service, or related roles within sports, entertainment, or media 
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams 
  • Proven track record of executing complex, multi-channel partnership programs at a high level
  • Strong understanding of sponsorship valuation, activation strategy, and ROI measurement 
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills 
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, etc.) 
  • Willing and able to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willing and able to occasionally travel 
  • Knowledge of emerging sponsorship trends, including digital innovation, experiential marketing, and data-driven partnerships 
  • Familiarity with the Las Vegas sports, hospitality, and entertainment landscape preferred
