We're seeking a future team member for the role Vice President, Middle Office, to join our Integrated Middle Office Solutions team. This role is located in New York, NY.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • versee the quality of outsourced functions in accordance with SLDs and ensure service delivery is aligned with expectations.
  • Handle client engagement, support client meetings, and own service delivery to clients in line with SLDs.
  • Provide recovery support for offshore functions, retain knowledge of offshored functions, and act as a subject matter expert in incident management.
  • Support service improvement, technology engagement, new business engagement, and provide training to outsourced teams around new products.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 7-10 years of total relevant work experience preferred.
  • Experience serving as a subject matter expert and conducting research on complex, multi-faceted transactions and escalated inquiries.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing MIS/KRIs/KPIs, supporting reconciliations, and interacting with clients on complex transactions.
  • Team lead responsibilities and the ability to guide less experienced staff.
