The SVP, Premium Service is responsible for defining and delivering a differentiated service experience for LPL's Premium advisors. This leader will oversee strategy, execution, talent, and advisor outcomes for a high-touch service organization focused on deepening trust, increasing advisor loyalty, and helping advisors achieve their business goals through exceptional service and partnership.

Responsibilities:

The SVP, Premium Service owns the end-to-end strategy and service experience for advisors and firms participating in LPL's Premium service model. You will be accountable for delivering a differentiated, relationship-driven experience that deepens advisor loyalty, drives growth, and reinforces LPL's position as the partner of choice for advisors. This includes setting strategy for Premium Service, evolving a scalable service model that combines exceptional talent, advisor-centric processes, and enabling technology, and ensuring your organization consistently delivers outcomes that matter most to advisors. You will lead an organization of over 350 full time employees and will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top service talent and leaders who are passionate about helping advisors grow and succeed.

  • Partner closely with leaders across LPL to develop and execute a premium service experience that anticipates advisor needs and creates meaningful value.
  • Lead the evolution of the Premium Service model by balancing personalization, scale, and operational excellence, ensuring advisors receive proactive support and strategic partnership throughout their lifecycle with LPL.
  • Build highly engaged and diverse teams of service leaders and professionals who establish trusted relationships with advisors and consistently deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the needs, challenges, and ambitions of Premium advisors through direct engagement, advisory councils, site visits, listening forums, and other client feedback mechanisms.
  • Leverage advisor insights, service data, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities to enhance the advisor experience, improve retention, and support advisor growth.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement by incorporating best practices from leading service organizations both within and outside the financial services industry.
  • Serve as a visible executive sponsor for key advisor relationships, helping navigate complex issues, strengthen trust, and create long-term partnerships.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of significant leadership experience in a contact center, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale service organizations serving high-value clients, advisors, or relationship-driven customer segments.
  • Experience designing and evolving differentiated service models that improve client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the wealth management industry and the needs of financial advisors.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses, or the ability to obtain them upon hire.

Pay Range:

$187,975.00 - $313,223.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
