Job description

Title: VP, Compliance

Location: International / Relocation Required

Type: Permanent Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive base salary + bonus + executive benefits

We are conducting a confidential search for a VP of Compliance to lead enterprise-wide compliance efforts for a large, highly regulated hospitality and gaming organization outside the United States.

This executive will oversee both gaming and corporate compliance functions, serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership while helping the organization navigate an evolving regulatory environment. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced background across gaming compliance, AML, regulatory affairs, ethics, anti-bribery, and corporate governance.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring someone who can build trust quickly with regulators, operate independently, influence assertive executive stakeholders, and approach compliance as a business enabler rather than simply a rules enforcer.

Your role:

·     Lead enterprise compliance programs across gaming and corporate operations

·     Oversee AML, anti-bribery, ethics, conflict-of-interest, and regulatory compliance initiatives

·     Serve as the primary liaison with gaming and regulatory agencies

·     Guide policy development, implementation, enforcement, and internal controls

·     Lead vendor due diligence and third-party risk oversight

·     Partner closely with executive leadership and the Compliance Committee on risk strategy and governance matters

·     Provide practical, business-oriented compliance guidance while helping leadership understand and mitigate risk

·     Support compliance investigations, remediation efforts, and ongoing regulatory readiness

What you’ve got:

·     Senior compliance leadership experience within gaming, hospitality, financial services, or another highly regulated environment

·     Strong understanding of gaming regulations, AML, and corporate compliance frameworks

·     Experience working directly with regulators and executive leadership teams

·     Ability to operate with confidence, sound judgment, and executive presence in fast-paced environments

·     Integrated resort experience strongly preferred

·     Banking or financial institution compliance exposure is a plus

·     ICA, ACAMS, or similar certifications preferred

·     Relocation is required for this position.

If interested, please reach out confidentially for additional details.
