The Opportunity

We're looking for a friendly, organized Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. You'll manage patient check-in, scheduling, insurance verification, and medical records—while ensuring every patient receives outstanding service.

What You'll Do
  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage patient scheduling and flow
  • Handle check-ins, insurance verification, and medical records
  • Provide administrative support to the office team
  • Work collaboratively to keep the office running smoothly
  • Must have reliable transportation and be available 2 Saturdays/month
