The role involves underwriting and managing investments for both GIP's Flagship Fund and the Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Partnership (AIP) fund.## Key Responsibilities- Develop and analyze financial models for deal underwriting and structuring- Conduct due diligence and financial reviews, and prepare investment committee materials- Perform market research on potential investments and competitive positioning- Monitor portfolio companies, analyze corporate development opportunities, and prepare for exits## Qualifications- Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record- Minimum 5 years of investment banking and/or private equity experience- Previous experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, or TMT is required- Superior analytical, financial modeling, and accounting skills- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities- High professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and collaboration skills## Compensation & LocationBased in New York, NY, with a hybrid work model (minimum 4 days in-office, 1 day remote per week).
