Sales Executive - Digital Pathology, Enterprise Informatics

In this unique role, you will sell Philips Digital Pathology Solutions that aim to transform cancer diagnostics through the digitization of pathology and thereby improve clinical outcomes.

Your role:

  • Define and execute account strategy across a range of enterprise health systems and academic medical centers, including market and competitive analysis within the Digital Pathology landscape
  • Drive effective funnel and pipeline management to achieve sales targets and Philips Digital Pathology business objectives
  • Collaborate with and engage Sales Specialists, Solution Architects, and Business Unit leaders during critical stages of the sales process; Collaborate with Philips sales leadership to deliver on shared Digital Pathology and Integrated Diagnostics business objectives
  • Engage a broad range of customer stakeholders-from pathology and laboratory leadership to IT, operations, and Csuite executives-to identify new Digital Pathology opportunities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers' current and future pathology workflows, diagnostic strategies, and enterprise priorities, and identify how Philips Digital Pathology solutions can support those needs. Tailor executivelevel messaging and talk tracks to clearly demonstrate the value of Philips' Digital Pathology and Integrated Diagnostics portfolio with highpotential accounts
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial commercial and strategic terms

You're the right fit if you have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of related experience in capital/medical equipment or IT sales; 5+ years of proven business development experience required
  • Knowledge and experience in Digital Pathology; Preferred experience selling Healthcare IT, diagnostics, or enterprise software solutions in a clinical environment, and/or strong knowledge of healthcare and hospital ecosystems
  • Executive presence and strong presentation skills; experience working with C-Suite
  • Experience managing complex, multistakeholder sales funnels and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to achieve results
  • Strong capability to clearly articulate the value of technical software and diagnostic solutions to diverse customer audiences
  • Resilient sales mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, including Salesforce
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $192,250 to $222,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
