Quantexa is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented VP Alliances, North America to lead and drive CoSell revenue growth from our strategic CoSell partner ecosystem across Banking, Insurance and TMT. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and executing the CoSell strategies that scales Quantexaโ€™s global go to market strategy in North America while delivering value to our customers and partners. This role requires a strategic thinker who can grow and execute with the North American and Global ecosystem, build and own the plan, foster strong relationships with partners, drive collaboration, and champion innovation.

What youโ€™ll be doing.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive North America partner program strategy that aligns with the company's goals and drives mutual success for our organization and technology partners.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with strategic Global System Integrators (GSIโ€™s), Regional System Integrators (RSIโ€™s), Strategy Consultancies, Technology Partners and Data Partners, understanding their business objectives, and identifying areas of mutual opportunity.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of partner offerings and joint go-to-market initiatives.

  • Lead the identification and onboarding of new technology partners, evaluating their fit within our ecosystem and negotiating mutually beneficial partnership agreements.

  • Create and manage program frameworks, incentives, and benefits that motivate partners to engage actively and drive growth.

  • Drive joint marketing and sales activities, including co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and collateral development, to increase partner visibility and generate leads.

  • Collaborate with product teams to influence the roadmap and product enhancements based on partner and customer feedback.

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, demonstrating the impact of the partner program on the organization's growth.

  • Manage a team of partner program professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth.
