Job Summary: 


The Vice President of Strategic Alliances at AccuSourceHR is a senior revenue and ecosystem leader responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategic partnership strategy to drive partner-sourced pipeline, bookings, revenue, retention, and net-new logo growth. This role will build and expand high-value relationships across payroll providers, HCM, ATS, HRIS, workforce management, technology and marketplace partners, as well as channel and reseller partners including large Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs). The VP will own alliance revenue objectives, develop multi-year partnership strategies and annual partner business plans, lead executive-level partner relationships and negotiations, and mobilize internal and partner teams around co-selling, enablement, joint marketing, and marketplace initiatives. The VP of Strategic Alliances will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and executive leadership to ensure partnerships deliver measurable strategic and financial impact.


Key Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute a multi-year strategic alliances and partnership strategy aligned with AccuSourceHR’s growth objectives, including ecosystem analysis, partner segmentation, prioritization, and investment recommendations.
  • Seek out, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with an increased emphasis on payroll providers, while continuing to pursue HCM, ATS, HRIS, workforce management, technology, integration, and marketplace partners that align with AccuSourceHR’s strategic initiatives.
  • Build and expand channel and reseller partnerships, with particular focus on large Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), as well as Recruitment Process Outsourcing organizations (RPOs), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and other high-potential distribution partners.
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline and bookings targets, with accountability for measurable revenue contribution from the strategic alliances channel.
  • Develop annual partner business plans with assigned strategic partners, establishing quarterly revenue objectives, pipeline goals, success metrics, joint priorities, and executive governance cadences.
  • Drive co-selling initiatives with partner sales organizations and create partner-generated opportunities that result in net-new logo acquisition and expansion revenue.
  • Track and report partner contribution across pipeline, bookings, revenue, retention, and other key performance indicators; present alliance performance, opportunities, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner leadership and serve as the senior point of contact for AccuSourceHR’s most strategic alliances.
  • Lead negotiation of strategic agreements, including referral, reseller, co-sell, technology, integration, and marketplace partnerships, in collaboration with appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Create and execute partner expansion, engagement, and enablement programs that improve partner sales effectiveness and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute joint partner marketing strategies, including webinars, co-branded campaigns, marketplace positioning, thought leadership, and conference/event strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and other teams to successfully launch, integrate, operationalize, and scale partnership programs.
  • Analyze the partner ecosystem and market landscape to identify emerging partnership opportunities, competitive threats, whitespace, and new routes to market.
  • Prioritize partner investments and resources based on strategic fit, revenue potential, scalability, and return on investment.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and strategic direction to the partnership team.


Requirements:

 Education/Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, business development, or alliance management.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, HCM, ATS, payroll, workforce management, or adjacent SaaS markets.
  • Demonstrated success generating partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, including a track record of building, managing, and expanding successful partner relationships.
  • Experience negotiating referral, reseller, co-sell, technology, integration, and marketplace partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level partner relationships and translate partnership strategy into measurable bookings and revenue growth.

  • Ability to learn quickly, and acclimate to the AccuSourceHR product suite, culture, and vision
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other relevant business tools

Physical Requirements:

  • Must have a dedicated and ergonomic workspace at home conducive to focused work.
  • Access to a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Adequate lighting and minimal background noise to support professional video calls and meetings.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds occasionally, for tasks such as setting up a workstation or equipment.
  • The ability to work comfortably and effectively in a home environment that meets ergonomic standards, including proper seating and desk setup.
  • Travel up to 25% annually to trade shows, conferences, partner meetings, internal meetings, etc.
