Location: Dix Hills Animal Hospital located @ 1166 East Jericho Turnpike, Huntington NY 11743
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Flexible - Open Mondays-Fridays 8a-6:30p, Saturdays 8a-2:30p, Sundays Closed
Required Qualifications: Love for animals, top-notch veterinary skills, a current NY state Veterinary Technican License (LVT) and a desire to make tails wag!
Responsibilities: Your Day-to-Day Purr-sibilities
  • Be the pet's superhero, providing expert care and compassion.
  • Assist our talented veterinarians during exams, surgeries, and treatments.
  • Rock the scrubs look while performing diagnostic tests, collecting samples, taking vitals/histories and running lab work.
  • Educate pet parents on pet wellness and care.
  • Update electronic patient files & review care plans with pet owners.
  • Share your love and expertise with our clinic family.
