Join Vermont Information Processing (VIP) as a key member of our Route Accounting System (RAS) Customer Support Team - a fast-moving, collaborative group committed to delivering reliable, responsive support to our customers within the beverage industry. Position Type: Full Time, Hybrid - will be required to report to our office in Colchester, VT

What You'll Do:

  • Be the trusted point of contact for customers via phone and email, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and resolving issues end-to-end.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer complaints by gathering the right information, coordinating with internal teams, and seeing issues through to a successful outcome.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring the right people are involved at the right time.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of interactions, transactions, and resolutions to support continuous improvement and team accountability.
  • Follow up proactively on open cases to ensure customers feel supported throughout the entire resolution process.

What You Bring:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly under pressure
