Vermont Information Processing (VIP) is looking for a detail-driven, customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales team. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of our sales function-keeping deals moving, data accurate, and customers informed. What You'll Do
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations to support the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate sales meetings and events-scheduling, logistics, and materials prep.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely information on products, pricing, and availability.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze data to surface trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and rolling out sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, support, and implementation teams.
  • Manage sales documentation and keep files organized and accessible.
