Wireless Zone - A Verizon Premium Retailer, currently has an opening for a full-time Wireless Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will be motivated, outgoing, personable and able to confidently make phone calls while taking full ownership of their success.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you will interact with customers in store and over the phone to assess their wireless needs and offer tailored solutions from our wide range of Verizon Wireless products and home internet services. This role is focused on driving sales, not simply fulfilling orders. You will apply effective sales techniques to prospect, qualify, and close deals, while cultivating strong customer relationships through both in-person interactions and follow-up calls.
As a Wireless Sales Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging with customers to assess their wireless service needs and recommend suitable Verizon Wireless products and home services.
  • Consistently meeting or surpassing performance targets and minimum sales quotas.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and cross-sell services to new and existing customers, maximizing sales potential.
  • Addressing customer service concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers.
  • Managing register transactions, including daily cash-in and cash-out processes.
